    -Try turning it off and back on again
    -check its plugged in
    -Check EVERYTHING is plugged in
    -check connections are firmly seated
    -try hitting it?
    -is your power out? call the electric company
    -Install a modern web browser like chrome or firefox (i.e. not IE)
    -update everything
    -bang mouse against desk
    -punch keyboard
    -throw keyboard at monitor
    -intimidate the computer with obscenities
    -pray to personal god(s)
    -unplug computer and try again in 3 days
    -create text file with contents

    rename the file “errorfix.bat” and double click it.
